Persistent awe and wonder infuse my dreamscapes.

The early morning glow of soft sunshine on profusions of plant life revives my spirit. The garden’s showiest colors singing amidst our lush tropical tangles stir my imagination and spark an overwhelm of joy, especially amidst moments which give pause for a planet in flux.

Reflecting nature’s vibrant promise, my collage works blend elements of hand painted or hand cut collages with photography, pieced together with electronic scissors and tools that highlight the fluid intelligences of a miraculous botanical world we are all just beginning to fully appreciate.

The words of poet Mary Oliver wonderfully sum up my fascination with both the intricacies of art and our magnificent living world:
